To the Honorable Mayor
and Members of the City Council
City of Cape Girardeau
Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on August 11, 1971, with the following
members present: Giles, Chairman, Roupp, Tooke, Hahn, McCrate, George,Wrape,
Smith, Hemperley.
By majority action we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Mrs. Lloyd McFall for a special use permit
to park a trailer at 1927 N. Kingshighway be denied,
2. That the request of J. L. Wieser for a special use permit at
Highway 61 north to build a storage building be approved.
3• That the R-4 special use request of Mrs. Fanny Windisch at
1114 N. Kingshighway for apartments over a C-2 establishment
be approved.
4. That the plat of proposed Sylvan Acres Fourth Subdivision be
accepted subject to a change in the plat showing a fifty foot
easement and a thirty foot paved street.
Actual vote on each application is recorded in the application folder, plus
comments.
Next meeting: September 8, 1971.
