The Planning and Zoning Commission met on April. 12, 1972, with the
following present: Giles, Chairman, Arnold, :crape, Tooke, Hahn, Stnith,
Ruopp and Aemperley.
By majority action we recommend as follows:
1. Aftcr llomer Cooper withdrew his request for R-4 zoning for tract
on Bloomfield Road, it was decided to grant him a Special. Use
Permit, confined to existing structures, solely to sale of dry
goods and no emp Loyeos other than immediate fami Ly be used in
conduct of this business. :.united to one unligi'aed sign no

2. Denial of request: of James Ray Sides for mobile home.
3. That Bruce Watkins, of al, be allowed to withdraw his request
for rezoning or special use on Eiighway 61.
