To the Honorable Mayor and City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning & Zoning Commission met on May 10, 1972, with the
following present: Giles, Chairman, Tooke, Hahn, George, Maxey,
Smith, Ruopp and Hemperley.
By Majority vote we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Gary Arnold to rezone part of Lot 7, Block
2, Canfield Addition from R-1 to R-2 be denied. Actual vote
recorded in folder returned.
2. That the Plat of Woodland Hills Estates, Leonard Lowes,
pro-ponent, be accepted. Vote 7 for, 0 opposed, 1 abstaining.
The next meeting of your Commission will be Sone 14, 1972.
