Th the Honorable Mayor & City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning & Zoning Commission met on July 12, 1972, and by majority
action, actual vote recorded in folders, we recommend as follows:
1. Acceptance of request of Red Star Baptist Church.
2. Acceptance of request of Raymond Schonhoff for a private drive.
3. Acceptance of request for "Special Use Permit" by John Welch
to park a mobile home.
4. We tabled request of Mr. Jungers for a church because of lack
of information.
�. 5. We tabled the request of Mr. McMullin because the amended re-
quest did not include proper notification of all adjoining pro-
perty owners.
6. We approve the proposed amendment to Sections 30-35 subject to
changes approved by the Council upon deliberation after testi-
mony at a public hearing. 8 - r).
