City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on September 13, 1972.
By majority action, actual votes recorded in folder returned here-
with, we recommend as follows:
1. Approval of Haddock Subdivision Number 2.
2. McComnack request for mobile home park tabled because of inaccurate
Plat.
3. Approval of request of Bred Kelly for Special use Permit for home
in M-2 zoned tract.
4. Approval of Haertling request for Special use R-4 in C-2 Zoning,
based on Plot plan dated September 1, 1972, for 85 apartment units,
as presented by applicant.
5. On the request of First Christian Church co vacate x, portion of
unused alley dedicated to the City, we recommend tne, City vacating
the alley, subject to rhe City retaining easements for maintaining
existing or possible future sewers or utilities.
b. Denialcf recaest of Wm. Schott and Wm. Bryan for rezoning from R -i
to R-4.
7. Denial of request of Lorene Speer for Beauty Shop in R-1 District.
8. The request of alder King for church in M-2 District, is again tabled
because of inaccurate description,
