To the Honorable Mayor and City Council,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missuuri.
Gentlemen:
The P1..anning and Zoning Commtssioa met on October 1.1, 1912.
By majority vote, actual vote count recorded in 'Folders retnrred
herewith, we recommend as follows:
1... Henze request for rezoning tabled because applicant was
not present.
2. Chalet Trace Plat referred to City Engineer for a report
on whether the plat agrees with generally accepted stand-
ards for sewer easements, util.itiy easements and how the
plat fits in with the. major street plan.
3. To reject gifor application for rezoning.
4. Approval of Special Use Permit for C-1 In an R-4 area, as
described, only for restaurant, lounge and parking facil-
ites as described.
5. That the City Council.. hold a public hearing on the Fred
Kelley application, with the purpose of rezoning the en-
tire tract - 130 acres - as described, and that the Coun-
cil notify all landowners of such hearing by Registered
Mali.
