To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning & Zoning Commission met on January 10, 1973, and
by majority vote, actual vote recorded in folders returned here-
with, we recommend as follows:
That the request of Plaza Car Wash, Inc., Vernon and Pete
Rhodes, to rezone Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Hathaway's Subdivision,
from C-2 to M-1 be rezoned as follows: Rezone Lot 3, south of the
present storage building, actual description of metes and bounds .
to be furnished by the City Engineer, from C-2 to M-1. A letter to
be furnished to the City Council, with copy to the City Engineer's
Office, abandoning the right to M-1 nonconforming use of present
existing structure upon commencing of operation of the proposed
new recapping shop.
