City Council,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 14, 1973.
By majority vote, actual vote contained in folders returned here-
with, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of the City for a Special Use Permit for
a fire station at Kurre Lane and Kingsway, be approved.
2. That the request of Leon and Ronnie Wiggs for rezoning
from R-2 to C-1 on William Street, be approved.
3. That the proposed plat of Chateau Manor - Charles Moutell-
be approved, with the suggestion that the street named Marquette Drive
be changed to Farrar Drive.
4. The next meeting will be on March 14, 1973.
