The Planning and Zoning Commission met on June 13, 1973. By majority
vote, actual vote entered in folders returned herewith, we recommend as
follows:
,. -,e and Anthony Kluesner: We recommend approval of SpecAnl '..'se
Permit at 2805 Perryville Road, subject to removal of present
"rod conforming use" at 2809 Perryville Road, said lot to revert
to R-1 zoning.
2. Wm Roussel and Helen. Kiehne: We recommend approval of R-2 Zoning
and Special Use Permit for Mobile Home at 2821 So, Sprigg Street.
3. Cape Missionary Baptist Church: We recommend approval of Special
Jse Permit for church at 2912 Bloomfield Road.
4. Willa Lea Haman: We recommend denial of request for Special Use
Permit for Mobile Home at 400 block of North Spanish Street.
5. William J. Beggs: We recommend approval of change from R-1 to MH -1
at Pioneer Orchards as described, subject to Pioneer Orchard grant-
ing 50 feet of Tight -of -way on the south side of said Mobile dome
Park to City.
6. Evangelical. Church: Tabl.ud until representatives appear to explain
same to Commission.
7. Jarrell D. Cooley, Mobile Home Special Use - tabled at request of
applicant.
S. Donna Bussell: We recommend denial of Special Use Permit for this
location.
9. We recommend approval of Plat of Northfield Second Subdivision by bad-
ly split vote.
