City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on dilly 11, 1973. By
majority vote, actual count contained in folders returned herewith,
we recommend as follows:
1. Harlaa Strong - Request for Specia- Use Permit for Mollie
Homeapproved, subject to the restrictions that the present struct-
ure on the let most be torn down and removed before a mobile home
can be set in place, and further that only Mr. and Mrs. Harlan
Strong may live in this home and it may not he rented.
2, Evangelical Church - Special Use. Permit granted for Edecat-
y„ ions' Building -Church, subject to the provision that a fence be built
from the building to the alley on the north property line, to pro-
tect the property of Urs, Pat Wilson.
3, 'rest side nevclopmeat - Special Use Permit granted under Sec-
tion 30-38 (D) Community Unit Plan, subject to following changes:
Streets must be constructed at least. 30 feet in width, and plans pre-
sented to City Council must include a minimum of one and one-half park-
ing spaces per unit.
