City of Cape: Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning anti Zoning Commission met on September 1.2,1973.
Ey majority vote, actual vote count recorded in folders returned
herewith, we recoamen as follows:
1. Helen Bowman application approved, subject to removal of
present structures on said lot before :Mobile Home is placed
thereon, subject to Mobile Home meeting specifications as to
sideyard, boundaries, etc. under present building code, and
restricted to onlv Mrs. Bowman living in said trailer. Tt
may not i>a rested, '_eased or sold to any other party.
2. Riverside application denied.
3. Charlotte Ann Garner application approved for period of
twelve (12) months.
4. Free Will Baptist Church denied.
5. J. Ralph Mahv application denied.
6. Farmers & Merchants Bank, denial, 6 yes, 3 abstaining.
Next meeting: October 10, 1973.
