City of Cape Girardeau,Micsouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 10,1473. By majority
vote we recommend as follows:
1. David Musgrave request for building permit, Block 3, Henze Addition,
approved.
2. Freo Will. Baptist Church - returned request to us. Denial.
3. Riverside West - returned to us, approval subject. to following
proposed plat included in folder returned herewith.
4. Fanners & Merchants Bank - returned to us, approved.
5. BDK Development Company to rezone tract on Route K, denial..
6. David James - Special Use for Mobile Home on Melody Lane, denial.
7. Honker's Boat Club at boat finding - 1. approval of request to
build Sanitary Facilities. 2. approval of SpeciaL Use Permit for
mobile home pad for Mobile Home, restricted to use of caretaker or
watchman only.
8. Drury Development Corp, for building permit on approved place - ap-
proval of that part of subject lot which lies west: of the extension
of the west line of Highland Drive, south to its Intersectton with
the existing street now in place along the east line of this lot, and
shoran revised on plat returned herewith.
