Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on this
date. By a vote of IO to 0, we recommend the fallowing:
That the City of Cape Girardeau, City Manager
Form Ordinance No. 555, be re-enacted by the City Council
of the City.

RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGARDING
THE REENACTMENT OF CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO. 555
We, the undersigned members of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Cape Girardeau, hereby affirm that we have reviewed
City Manager Form Ordinance No. F 73 , which reenacts City
Manager Form Ordinance No. 555, and have found the reenactment of
that ordinance to be beneficial to the City of Cape Girardeau and
hereby recommend adoption by the City Council of the Ordinance
reenacting City Manager Form Ordinance No. 555 (copy attached hereto.)
