To the Honorable Mayor and City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 13, 1974.
By majority vote, actual votes contained in folders returned here-
with, we recommend as follows:
1 That the request of Carl Bauerle for a Special Use Permit
for parking lot be denied.
2. That the request of Raymond Wiedefeld for a Special Use
Permit for a garage apartment be denied.
3. That the request of G.E.Volz for enlarging present up-
�' holstry shop on Silver Springs Road under Special Use- non con-
forming use be approved.
4. That the request of Bentley Ramsey be tabled to lack of
prosecution.
It is requested that the City Council direct the City Clerk
to notify Paul Talley, Mary Albritton Long and Bentley Ramsey, all
tabloed rezoning requests, that the next meeting of the Planning
and Zoning Commission will be in the Federal Building Courtroom,
at 7:30 PM March 13, 1974, with a copy of such notification to be
sent to the secretary of the Planning 6 Zoning Commission with
folders prior to next meeting.
The Commission also recommends to the Council that it con-
sider changing the zoning regulations to allow "Town House" type con-
struction.
