To the Honorable Mayor and City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning & Zoning Commission met on March 13, 1974. By majority
vote, actual votes contained in folders returned herewith, we recommend
as follows:
1. That the Blattner heirs request for rezoning of approximately 70
acres to C-4 zoning for the purpose of constructing the Westbourough Mall
Shopping Center be considered at a Public Hearing to be held on April 10,
1974 in the Federal Building courtroom.
2. That the request of Dean Speidel for a Special Use Permit to park
a Mobile type office on property at 1001-1003 Perry Avenue for one year,
` with a skirt around the bottom, be approved.
3. That the request of Paul Talley for a Special Use Permit to park
a Mobile Home on his property be denied.
4. That the request of Bentley Ramsey for a Special Use Permit to
construct a storage building on his property be approved.
5. That the request of Mary Long for a Special Use Permit to operate
a Rest Home at 1209 South Benton Street be denied.
