To the Mayor and City Councilman,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday,
April 10, 1974. By majority vote, votes contained in folders
returned herewith, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of the Blattner heirs for rezon-
ing of tract west of Highway 61 for C-4 for Westbourough Mall
and C-2 for 200 foot strip bordering Kingshighway and Bloom-
field Road, be approved.
2. That he Plat of Northwood Hills Second Subdivis-
ion be approved, with a minimum street width of 36 feet on
Greenbrier. Vote 11 - 0.
3. That the application for a Special Use Permit
for a Church of Cod in Christ be tabled due to lack of pro-
secution, and applicants notified of date of next meeting.
4. Next meeting will be May 8, 1974 at the Com-
mon Pleas Courtroom.
