To the Honorable Mayor and City Council,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 8, 1974;
by majority action, vote count contained in folders returned
herewith, we recommend as follows:
1. The application of Max Stovall to rezone Brookshire
Estates from R-1 to R-4 be approved.
2. The request of Richmond and Blattner for rezoning of
tract across from Doctors' Park from R-1 to C-2 be approved.
3. The request of Church of God in Christ for Special
Use Permit for Church be approved.
4. The request of Travis E. Brooks for construction of
a headhouse and two greenhouses, non -conforming use, be approved.
