To the Mayor and City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, September
11, 1974. By majority vote, per attachment, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request by Lynnwood Baptist Church to vacate Hood
Drive from Westwood Drive to RAndol Avenue be denied.
2. The Commission recommended approval of subdivision regulations
(� draft as submitted by a unanimous vote.
3. A Commission reorganization was held with Richard Giles
elected as Chairman and Gerald Stevens elected as Secretary, by unani-
mous vote.
