To the Mayor and City Councilmen
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, December 11, 1974.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and file, we recommend as
follows:
1. That the request of William T. Joiner for a Special Use
Permit for an apartment on upper level of building at 33 North
Ellis Street be approved.
2. That the request of C. N. Harris Real Estate, Inc. to rezone
a tract containing 42.7 acres at extension of Independence
Street be denied.
The Commission received notification of resignation from Lon Maxey.
