Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, January 8, 1975.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as
follows:
1. That the request of Robert A. Drury to rezone a tract bounded
by Mt.Auburn Road, Joyce Drive, Kimberly Drive and Farrar
Drive, from R-1 to R-4 be denied.
