Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, March 12, 1975.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as
follows:
I. That the request of James W. Herod for a Special Use Permit
to allow for 3 -family occupancy in R-3 District, 525 South
Ellis, be approved.
2. That the request of Gary Koch for a Special Use Permit for
a., a 3.02 package beer license in R-2 District, 412 Albert Street,
be returned to t"e City Council for consideration.
3, That the request of Walter F. Kelpe to rezone 7525 Perryville
Road from a nonconforming use to a C-2 Commercial District
be denied.
4. That the request of West Cape Development Corporation to rezone
the northwest corner of East Rodney Drive and Independence
Street from R-4 District to C-1 District be denied.
5. The Commission unanimously voted to accept Plat of Mahy Sub-
division contingent on a temporary turn -a -round being constructed
to City specifications for Council consideration.
6. The Southeast Missouri Planning Commission submitted their
comprehensive plan recommendations for the City. Action on the
plan was deferred until the April meeting.
