Gentlemen
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, April 9, 1975.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as
follows:
1. That the request of Leroy Wilke for a Special Use Permit for
auto storage and rebuilding at 1906 South Sprigg Street be tabled.
2. That the City of Cape Girardeau be granted a Special Use Permit
for construction of Police Headquarters Building at the corner of
Merriweather and Sprigg.
3. Action on the purpose plat of Riverview Gardens was tabled.
4. The request of David Patrick to rezone 1809 North Kinqshighway
from C-2 to C-3 was reviewed with the consensus being that
Section 30-36 (3)(1) was not clear and the Commission recommends
return of the request to the Council as not being necessary.
5. The Commission recommended approval of an ordinance repealing
Section 30-26(A)(3)(a)(b)(c) and (d) of the code of ordinances
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri relating to the
zoning code.
