Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, June 11, 1975.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as
follows:
1. That the request of S. David Patterson to rezone a 28
tract bounded by 200' setback from Frisco Railroad on the
East, Roberts Street on the South and one block off Main on the
West was approved.
2. That the request of Fred Dormeyer for a Special Use Permit
for a service garage at 1002 N. Sprigg Street be approved for
one year with no body shop usage allowable.
3. That the request of Jett M. Jenkins to rezone about 193 feet
along New Madrid between Illinois and Park, by 320 feet along
the unimproved part of Illinois Avenue be denied.
4. That the request of Harold & Betty Holland for a Special Use
Permit for a mobile home at 528 Vincent Park Drive was
recommended for a two year period.
5. That the request of Larry Haertling to rezone property
south of Independence Street west of East Rodney and east of
Mt. Auburn Road be tabled for further consultation with the
developer.
6. The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat
of Northfield 3rd, 4th and 5th Subdivision subject to Yorktown
Street being planned as a 36' street or a 30' street with no
parking.

7, The request by Dorothy Sigmund was returned without reconmendation.
8. The Commission recommends approval of Ordinance adnendment
Section 30-3 and Section 30-35 of the Code of Ordinance.
