Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, July 9, 1975.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as
follows:
1. That the request of Leroy Wilke for Special Use Permit for
rebuilding and storage of used autos at 1906 South Sprigg
Street be approved.
2. That the request of Larry Haertling to rezone property south
of Independence Street west of East Rodney Street and East
of Mt. Auburn Road be approved including additions to request
which are declaration of restrictions as submitted by appli-
cant and letter from applicant in support of the declaration
of restrictions.
3. That the plat of Lakeview Estates Subdivision No. 6 be approved
subject to street name change allowing Bernice Street to be
continuous between Lakeshore Drive and Autumn 'Drive. The
committee also recommendeds renumbering the subdivision for
ready reference.
