Gentlemen
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday August 13, 1975.
By majority vote we recommend that the Plat of Northfield Third
Subdivision be approved as submitted.
The Commission called for a public hearing September 10, 1975 to
be held at the Common Pleas Courthouse at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose
of discussion of the adoption of a major street plan on motion made,
seconded and carried.

The Planning and Zoning Commission by motion called a
public meeting for September 10. 1915. I assume the city
will place legal notice in the Missourian and that both of
you will be present at the meeting together with represen-
tation from the Regional Planning Commission.
I also recommend to Tom that you research means of granting
variances from a recorded major street plan if adopted.
