The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday November 12, 1975.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as
follows:
1.
That the petition to rezone William Street, from Pacific
to Highway 61 to C-2 Commercial be tabled pending requested
report from Southeast Missouri Regional Planning Commission.
2.
That the request by Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church for
a Special Use Permit on property at North Cape Rock Drive
and Jean Ann Drive for church purposes be granted subject
to the Wisconsin Synod furnishing evidence of financial
responsibility and commitment to the construction program
being furnished and subject to council interruption of
Section 30-38 (G) and that adequate off street parking be
furnished beginning with the construction period.
3.
That the request of James Dietiker to rezone property at
2100 South Sprigg street was tabled by the applicants
request.
4.
That the request of Landgraf Real Estate & Development Co.
Inc. for a Special Use Permit for a Drive -In on Highway
61, north was recommended.
5.
The commission recommended approval of the request by Charlote
Black, Frank & Julia Cantrell for pavement of Sylvan Lane,
Peironnet Drive, and Harlan Drive to a width of 20 feet.
6.
The commission recommended approval of the prilimary plat of
Park West Proffessional Plaza subject to Westview Drive having
60 foot right-of-way and that the developer comply with sub-
division regulations on curves numbered 3 & 4 unless sufficient
reason for a variance is given.
7.
The commission recommended final approval of C-2 zoning for
property at 2002 North Kingshighway as requested by Leo A.
Kohlfield.

8. The commission reviewed a report of investigations by
the Southeast Missouri Regional Planning Commission on
requested rezoning from R-1 to C-1 by Bifor Corp. and
deferred recommendation for further study.
The Commission will met December 10 at 6:30 P. M. for a dinner meeting.
