MINUTES OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING AC TTNG
To the Mawr and City Council

The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, February 11, 1976. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Richard D. Kinder for a Special Use Permit for a
parking lot and access drive at 504 North blest End Boulevard be granted.
2. The Commission reviewed the report of investigation by the Southeast
Missouri Regional Planning Commission on the requested rezoning of
William Street, from Albert Street, East to Sprigg Street, and tabled it.
