The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday October 13, 1976.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as
follows:
1. That the request of J. Ronald Fischer for a Special
Use Permit for apartments on rear portion of Food
Store and adjoining parking lot facing Lorimier Street
be approved.
2. That the request of Leo Wene and Raymond R. Pilarczyk
for a Special Use Permit for supervised multi -dwelling
with shared kitchen facilities at 37 S. Frederick Street
be approved subject to a time period of one year.
3. That the request of Alan W. Langston to rezone Lots 4,556,
and 7 of Hunze's Subdivision from R-1 to C-1 be denied.
4. Due to lack of appearance by the applicant, the Prelimi-
nary Plat of Greater Cape Girardeau Commercial Center was
tabled.
