The planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday November 10, 1976. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request. of West Side Development Company to rezone all
property west of Sloan's Creek on North Sprigg Street to R-4 be
approved and that the Special. Use Permit granted on September 5,
1973 Cor purpose of Community Unit Plan, including condominiums,
be rescinded.
2. That the preliminary plat for "Village on the Green" developmentbe
tabled due to lack of compliance with the subdivision regulations.
`o. City engineer Lowes is to report further at the next meeting.
3. That the rexluest of James A. Matthews for a Special Use Permit on
East Rodney for R - 4 be denied.
4. That the preliminary plat of Greater Cape Girardeau Community Center
be accepted subject to extension of Industrial Drive to Silver Springs
Road per the master street plan.
