The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, December 8, 1976. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Alvin Nagel for a Special Use Pennit to allow
construction and use of ceramics in an R-1 District at 1920 N. Kings -
highway be approved subject to two year review.
2. That the request of Gary Arnold for a Special Use Permit for apartments
in a C-2 district in 900 block of North Kingshighway be approved.
3. The commission reccnmend approval of a sketch plan submitted for the
"Village on the Green" apartment subdivision as submitted by Richard
Kinder and Jerry Kinder subject to noted variances being corrected on the
preliminary plat. A report being attached to the sketch plan indicating
variance. -
