The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, January 12, 1977. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we re�nd as follows:
1. That the request of airs. Louise Sparks to remodel funeral have at
Middle and North Sts. be tabled for lack of appearance.
2. That the request of Cecil Bierschwal to rezone 560 Vincent Park Drive
from R-1 to R-2 district be approved.
3. That the request of Raymond Newberry, Jr. for a Special Use Permit for
a mobile have at 2100 Bend Road be approved for an 18 month period for
usage by family manber.
4. That the request of E & R Leasing Company to rezone intersection of
Bloomfield Road and I- 55 for a small office building be tabled pending
further information.
5. The Commission recommended approval of Village on the Green preliminary
plat including variances requested by letter.
