The Planning and Zoning Conmission met Wednesday, February 9, 1977. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we rec m nd as follows:
1. That the preliminary plat of Northfield Fourth Subdivision be approved
subject to a 30' street on a 47' right-of-way being platted on Bunker
Hill.
2. That the preliminary plat of Park West Heights be approved.
3. That the request of George Eaker to rezone Lot 1, Block 11, Robertson -
Gale Addition from R-2 to C-1 be approved.
4. That the request of Mrs. Louise Sparks for a special use permit to
construct a funeral home addition was approved.
5. That the request of E. & R. Leasing Co. be tabled.
6. That the sketch plan submitted for Block #3, Crites 3rd Addition be
denied.
7. That the sketch plan for Hawthorne's 1st Addition containing Lots 1-10
be approved.
