The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, April 13, 1977. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in file, we reconnend as follows:
1. That the request of Bethel Assembly of God Church for a Special Use
Permit to permit Day Care and Day School activities by approved.
2. That the request of Riverside Hone Builders, Inc. to rezone a part
of Oitlot 83, USPS No. 2199, Int 193 Westfield 2nd Subdivision from
R-1 to R-4 be approved.
3. That the request of B. & R. Leasing Conpany to rezone a tract located
at the approximate intersection of Bloomfield Road and I-55 from R-1
�. to C-1 be approved.
4. That the request of Eva Heuer for a Special Use permit for a display
and storage area for new and used farm implanents at 41.8-920 S. Frederick
Street be approved contingent on re val of houses on the property.
5. That the request of Stephen Strom for W.E. Walker, Jr. for a Special Use
Permit for additional parking lot for McDonald's Restaurant at 500 Helena
Avenue be denied.
6. The Carmission recommended rezoning all of Block 2 and 3 in Crites 3rd
Addition bounded by Pindwood on the east, Lace St. on the north, and an
existing drainage ditch on the west and Themis on the south to R-1.
The Commission recoamiended approval of the preliminary plat of a subdivision
of Block 3 of Crites 3rd Additon.
The Commission recommends the vacating of Grandview Street between Thamfs
and Luce Streets.
