majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Darrell and Virginia :tiller to rezone a 1.51 acre
tract on South Nest find Boulevard from C-2 to M-1 be denied.
2, That the request of ',•lest Side Development and Max G. Stovall to rezone
Lot 1, Brookshire Estates to F.-4 be apnroved, (Sketch p:.an for sub-
dividing Lot 1, Brookshire Estates was approved by the commission,)
3. That the roauest. of West ;;ide Development to rezone Lot 2, Brooksnire
Estate to R-4 be apnroved. (Sketch plan for subdividing Lot 2,
Brookshire Estate was approved by the commission.}
4. That the request of National 3-7per :arkets, The. to rezone lots at
124, 126, 128, and 130 South Ellis „treet (All Lot 52, in Range A)
to C-3 be ammerded to request C-2, and that the tracts stated on the
application be rezoned to C-2,
5, That the request of Ivan are Patricia Irvin to rezone a tract at
2709 Bloomfield Road from C-2 to R-4 be approved,

on"June 8, 1977, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch
plans for subdividing, of Lot 1. and lot 2 of Brookshire Estates 5uhdivision
in the City of Cape Girardeau.
Your next step is to prepare and submit copies first to the Comaisaion
and then to the City Council of a preliminary plat of each of the two tracts.
