To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the Cite of Cane Cirardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and 7.oninp Commission met Wednesday, July 13, 1977• A✓
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Terry Lynch for a Special Use Permit for Commercial
and Multiple Dwelling use, as requested under Section U of the application,
be approved.
2. That the preliminary plat of 'Westfield Court Second Subdivision be approved
subject to all curve data complying with the subdivision regulations.
3. That the preliminary plat of ",Westfield Third Subdivision be approved
subject to all curve data complyinp with the subdivision regulations.
4• That the preliminar,r pint of Weissinger's Second Subdivision be approve i.
5• That the preliminary plat of Brookshire Estates Second Subdivision be
approved.
6. That the preliminary plat of Brookshire ,states Third Subdivision be
approved.
Other actions taken by the PlanninE and .^.oninp Commission were as follows:
1. Reviewed a sketch plan of Carolwood Estates and requested that the developer,
Mr. Charles 7. Moutell, include the major street plan, etc., in the planninr
of his subdivision, and to resubmit his plan. He and his consultant are to
contact the City Enp.ineer for more information pertaining to the subdivision
regulations.
2. Reviewed a sketch plan of a proposed subdivision of the tract of land hounded
b;; West aid Boulevard, College Avenue, Missouri Avenue, and Jefferson
Street. This plan was tabled until a report from the City hFineer is
received on the feasibility of constructing ColleF,e Avenue and Missouri
Avenue in this area.
