Gentlemen:
The Planning and 'Zoning Commission met :;,ednesday, November 9, 1977. ?r
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That, the request of ')octor's Park, Inc. to rezone 21.2876 acres adjacent to
Doctor's Park on Mt. Auburn Road from R-1 to C-1 be approved with the
recommendation that the owners be required towiden Mt. Auburn Road ten
feet on the west side, the owners side, of the property.
2. That the request of Everett Plunk to rezone Lot 7, Block ^A^, St. Vincent's
Park from R-1 to R -k be approved.
3. That the request of `.'alter J. .fright for a Special Use Permit for a Fast
Food Shop in an R-3 district, Pulliam Street and ',lest and Boulevard, be
denied.
q. That the Preliminary Plat of R & M Subdivision be approved.
5. That the request of Herman Davis for a Bait and Tackle Shop at the rear of
822 Alliam Street he denied.
Other actions taken by the. Planning and Zoning Commission were as follows:
1. The sketch plan as presented for the 21.2876 acres adjacent to Doctor's
Park on A. Auburn 'toad is approved provided that all roads meet the 60
foot right—of—way minimum for C-1 zoning, and that the North—South road
terminus be with Mt. Auburn Road.
2. The sketch plan of the proposed subdivision of Lot 7, Block ^A^, St. Vincent's
Park, as presented by 1"r. verett Plunk, is denied.
