To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, February 8, 1978. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the preliminary plat of Doctor's Park Second Subdivision be approved
subject to a variance from a sixty foot (60') right -of- ay to a forty foot
(401) right-o£=way with thirty-two (32) foot pavement instead of forty
foot (40') pavement and a variance to allow lot number 48 to be a triple
fronting lot.
2. That the preliminary plat of San Dangaro Second Subdivision be approved
subject to changing the name of Alta Cuesta Drive.
3• That the preliminary plat of San Dangaro Third Subdivision be approved.
4. That the request of S&MO University to abandon Woodland Drive and North
Sprigg Street Road from Sprigg Street to Bertling be approved subject to
the retention by the City of ten foot (10') sewer easements on North Sprigg
Street and Woodland Drive where public sewers exist.
Other actions taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission are as follows:
1. The sketch plan of Iarry Haertling's property was approved subject to
removal of the two 900 angles in Silver Springs Road.
No one appeared to present the preliminary plat of Wildwood Subdivision.
