To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met 'Wednesday, April 12, 1978• By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Paul B. Loiseau for a Special Use Permit for a building
with two (2) — two bedroom apartments, 2nd floor, plus two office lease
spaces, lst floor, at 620 Bellevue be approved.
That the request of Gary and Vonna Reagan for a Special Use Permit for a
r.. Day Case Center at 2409 Perryville Road be denied.
3. That the request of Raymond and Louise Coatney for a Special Use Permit
for a Beauty Shop at 3138 'Westfield Drive be denied.
Another action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission was as follows:
The request of Charles and Hazel ':,ulfers for a Special Use Permit for an
apartment in an M-1 zone at 24 South Minnesota was returned for a possible
resubmission as a zoning change.
