The Planning, and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, May 10, 1478. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the tile, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Max G. Stovall to rezone a tract consisting of
Lots 3, 5, 33 and bots 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 3h,
37, 38, 34, 40, 41, and 42 Brookshire Estates Subdivision from R-1 to R-2
be approved.
