To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, June 14, 1978. By majority
vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Richard F. Weber, Jr. to rezone 1917 'William from R-2
Residential to a C-1 Commercial District be approved.
Other actions taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission are as follows:
1. The sketch plan of Greenwood Subdivision was approved.
2. The sketch plan of Jerry Reynolds Subdivision was approved.
The request of James A. Matthews for a Special Use Permit for a Demonstration
Home and Sales Office at the intersection of Independence Street and Gordonville
Road was postponed until the July meeting per request of the applicant.
