To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Flannin, and Zoninr Commission met Nednesday, July 12, 1978. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Faith Baptist Church for a Special Use Permit for a
Day School at :530 Marsha Kay Drive be approved.
That the request of Carona Harper for a Special Use, Permit for a Duplex
Residence on a vacant lot between 15 and ?5 South Lorimier Street be
approved.
3. That the request of 'loodson Development Co. for a Pre-school and Day Care
Center on the Northeast corner lot at Independence and Pind ;flood be
approved subject to the issuance of a Special Use Permit under the present
R-4 zone.
4. That the request of Isaac and Katie Driskell to rezone Int 9, Block 9,
Giboney Houck's 4th Subdivision to P-4 he approved.
