To the honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, August 9, 1978. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of A. D. Price for a Special Use Permit for a Nursing
Home at 17 NorLh Pind Wood Lane be approved.
2. Thai the request of Charles and Joel boiling for a Special Use Permit
to construct an addition to an existing building at 2525 Perryville
Road be approved.
3. That the request of John Boardman for a Special Use Permit for a residence
and architect's office at 615 Bellevue he approved.
4. That the Preliminary Plat of Pindwood Park Second be approved.
5. That the Preliminary Plat of Northfield Sixth Subdivision be approved.
6. That the Preliminary Plat of Woodland 11ills Estates Fourth be approved.
Another action taken was that the Commission recommends that the improvement
of Cape Rock Drive from Perryville Road Northward to the City Limits be
improved wiLh a pavement a minimum of 3b feet wide.
