To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday# October 11, 1978. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of the Public Library for a Special Use Permit for a
library in a C-2 district be approved.
Mother action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission is as follows:
r.. 1. The sketch plan of Chateau Oaks Second Subdivision was approved subject to
the following changes:
a. The duplicate street names be changed.
b. The East cul—de—sac turnaround be enlarged to a 52 foot radius.
c. The West cul—de—sac be eliminated and this street carried through to
tie in with E1 Rio Boulevard in San Dangaro Subdivision.
d. The street right—of—way, be sufficient to allow compliance with the
minimum horizontal curve of a 100 foot radius at the location of lots
17, 18, 24, and 25.
e. The Northeast corner of the subdivision be accurately tied with the
U.S.P. Survey line on the plat.
