To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met 'Wednesday, November 9, 1978. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, ue recommend as follows:
1. That the request to vacate the North extension of West Village Drive be
approved subject to the amendment of the Village on the Green Subdivision
• ' plat to combine Lots 15 and 19 and to eliminate the cul—de—sac at the North
extension of West Village Drive and carrying the 30 foot wide existing
pavement through the intersection with a standard curb on the North side of
r.- Village Drive along with the right—of—way being ten (10) feet behind the
curb.
2. That the request of Southland Corporation for a Special Use Permit to install
a gasoline pump at the Southeast corner of Frederick and Bellevue be
approved.
3. That the request of the City for a Special Use Permit for the construction
of a Swimming Pool on School property on Clark Street, West of the gymnasium,
be approved.
