To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, August 8, 1979. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Blattner Brothers Partnership to rezone an undeveloped
area located between Route K and Independence Street west of Highway 61
from R-1 residential to C-2 commercial be approved as amended hereinafter;
that all of the area shown as Lots 8 through 24 on the submitted sketch
plan be zoned C-2 and that the area designated as lots 1 through 7 on the
submitted sketch plan be zoned C-1.
