To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met dednesday, August 13, 1980, By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follou:s:
1. That the preliminary plat of Glenview Heights be approved subject to the
following three provisions:
a. That parking to alloyed on only one side of the proposed street; the
developer is to specify :'hich side.
b. That a proper guarantee of the minimum lot :idth at the building line
as specified in the City's ordinances be assured by '.:hatever means
necessary.
c. That a thirty foot right—of -oy to the center line of Hopper Road be
provided.
Mother action taken by the Planning and Zoning, Commission utas to deny a
request from the F. W. Dodge Division of McGrae:—Hill Information Systems Company
for copies of the minutes from the Commission's meetings.
No one appeared to present the replat and resubdivision of parts of
Greem;ood First Subdivision.
