Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met i;ednesday, September 10, 1980. 3y
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, -.e recommend as follo.:s:
1. That the request of Jerry Stone for a Special Use Permit for an addition
to a business office at 2520 Maria Louise Lane be approved subject to the
granting of a variance as to the side and back yard requirements.
2. That the request of X. Z. 'Welker, Jr. (,;hick he agreed at the meeting to
change from a rezoning request to a Special Use Permit request) be approved
as a Special Use Permit for a parking lot only on Lots 5 and 6, Ellock 2 of
Oak Park Subdivision with the stipulation that Mr. ;talker
a. .uild a retaining wall the height of the fill on the south line of Int
5;
b. build and maintain an attractive fence along the south line of Lot 5
and the east line of Lots 5 and 6;
c, install a storm sewer adequate to meet a 10 year rain on the
designated area.
and that a variance to allo.! parking on the full area of Lots 5 and 6 be
granted.
3. That the preliminary plat of A Replat And Resubdivision Of Parts Of
Greenwood First Subdivision be an roved.

Another action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission *:as to table the
request of James K. Rhodes for a Special Use Permit for an apartment in a C-1
zone at ^4' North Pacific pending the receipt of more specific information from
the applicant.
