To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeaur Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, October 8, 1980. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of the Maple Avenue Methodist Church for a Special Use
Permit for an addition to the church at 624 South Ellis Street be approved.
2. That the request of Loyd Slinkard for a Special Use Permit for an office
and storage area for small equipment, dry materials, and non—flammable
`.� materials at 1123 North Fountain be approved provided the Special Use
Permit be issued to Loyd Slinkard only and restricted to the use as listed
above.
3. That the request of James K. Rhodes for a Special Use Permit for an
apartment at 242 North Pacific in a C-1 zone be approved.
