Dear Paul:
Due to probable conflict of interest, because I
am in the real estate business, I asked to be relieved
of my duties both as secretary and member of the Planning
and 'Zoning Commission.
I appreciate having had the opportunity to serve
on this board the last several years, and I will miss
the fine association I have had with the splendid group.
I wish my resignation to be effective this date.
