To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission :net Wednesday, January 14, 1981. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follo•:s:
1. That the request of Drury Development Corporation to rezone an irregular
shaned tract of land along the east side of the hest Park Shopping Center
be considered as indicated below.:
a. That Parcel 4, the area designated for the bank and office building on
the 'taster Plan, be approved as a 0-2 zone.
b. That the area shown as Parcel 5 on the Master Plan be ar.nroved as a
C-1 zone.
c. That conditional to the previous rezoning recommendations is the
stipulation that a sixty (60) foot right—of—way with a forty (40) foot
nsvement be assured for the street fronting on the areas beim rezoned
C-1 and C-2.
